Question 1

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

We price by how much space your items take up in the truck, from a single item to a full load. Stairs, heavy items and long carries can affect the price. Send photos and we will text you an exact number before we come out.

Question 2

Do I need to be home?

Accepted Answer

Not always. If the items are outside, in a garage or you leave access open, we can haul and send you a photo when the job is done. Payment can be handled by phone.

Question 3

What do you not take?

Accepted Answer

Paint, chemicals, asbestos, fuel and other hazardous materials. If you are not sure, text us a photo and we will tell you.

Question 4

Can you come today?

Accepted Answer

Often, yes. We work Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM, and keep room in the schedule for same day pickups. Call or text to check.

Question 5

What happens to my stuff?

Usable furniture and items are donated when possible. Metal and cardboard are recycled. Everything else goes to a licensed facility.

Question 6
